I noticed something the other day. C-3PO says he hates space travel, but in ep.3 he's flying a space craft. And, in ep.4 he says he not good at telling stories, in ep. 6 he telling a great story with sound effects, and in the Jedi Academi books he's always telling stories to the Solo children. So, all he need is to believe in himself.
