 | Tales of the Jedi |
In our lifetime, we are sometimes blessed to experience great works of storytelling, Tales of the Jedi is one of those. Now, I was unable to get The Freedon Nadd Uprising and Redemption because Dark Horse said they were out of print, so just bear with me.
The Golden Age of the Sith: Good. It was interesting to see what the Star Wars Universe looked like 5000 years before ANH (It looked a lot like Ancient Egypt in outer space!)
The Fall of the Sith Empire: Another good one. The Sith try to claim the galaxy, but the Jedi stop them and they are scattered.
Knights of the Old Republic: Somewhat good, Although Ulic Qel-Droma reminded me of Anakin. The story of Nomi Sunrider was interesting, too. But Master Thon stole the show, being that he's a beast-Jedi and all.
Dark Lords of the Sith: Can you spell EXCELLENT?! The tale of Exar Kun's curiosity leading him to the dark side is a classic in itself and Ulic's good intentions leading him to ruin.
The Sith War: Just as good as DLOTS. Trust me when I say that Ulic is a better bad guy then good. Seeing how Exar's soul was trapped in the temple was good, but the best part is when Nomi blocks Ulic from the Force after he kills his brother!
You owe it to yourself to buy this series, it's the New Jedi Order of graphic novels!
