Inside A Vader Helmet: Part 2

Hey guys! 21 here to blog about the fascinating many topics of the Star Wars Universe!

You commented on Part 1 (well, some of you)! Now it's time for you to tell your expirience as Darth Vader. How did people look at you? Did your family get a good kick out of it? Did you have to dress up on a hot day? Tell me (and the entire blogging community) a little bit about what it was like to be in a Darth Vader costume!

Nice blog.

Basically, Darth Vader was my idea of a 'simple' Halloween costume; we bought a cheap Darth Vader mask at the costume store, and I wore a pair of black pants and shoes and an old vampire cape. It was pretty hot in there, and I had to take the mask off between houses to stay cool enough to go on. It worked pretty well, though, so I used the same costume next year as well.

My brother was Vader for Halloween one year. He got the voice-changing helmet, but couldn't make it work. Nevertheless, we played around with it before Halloween, and he chased me while he was wearing it. Durring one chase, he stepped on my foot while wearing boots and didn't realize it. I screamed in pain- and, at that moment, the voice changer began to work!
Freaky, eh?

It's gonna be getting pretty busy around here with the new Clone Wars movie coming. Anyway, it's your choice if you want to come back or not, but if you want my opinion.....yes.
