This blog entry is one that I've wanted to write for a long time.


In TPM, one of the opnening scenes was with Queen Amidala talking with her advisors to Senetor Palpatine through the holograph. Then all of a sudden there starts to be static with Palpatine and then the holograph completely shuts down. Captain Panaka says, "Check the communication generator." I think? Anyway, the thing that really bugs me is that one of the governers, I don't know which one it was, says "I communication distruption can mean only one thing, invasion."

He said it so calmly! Like there was no other reason for there to be a communication distruption. INAVSION? WHAT?! That just really pissed me off because I think that they could have made that scene better.


Do any of you have any idea why that happened?
