Off to Boxborough, Mass.!
I had so much fum in Plano the other week, I'm doing it again this week! I'm off to Boxoborough, MA for a Memoribilia Fest (Star Wars folks and football legends). Matt Wood will be there, as well as Peter Mayhew and Kenny Baker (and Doug Flutie? yeah, that's right...)

A special shout out to some of the people I met at the Texas show:

Arnie Carvalho at reviewstarwars.com podcast!
Mark Walters at BigFanboy.com fansite!
Tom Hodges, artiste extraordinaire at www.tomhodges.com
Cat Staggs at airbrushcat.com! You rule!
Bobby at www.bdg-entertainment.com! Thanks for the Egg!

I'd also like to say hi to Kathlyn!

Peace all...

Dave

Glad you had a blast. Aren't our artists the coolest folks?

You should blog about what the experience of these signing has been like! What are people asking you about? What are fans saying? What funny things happened?

Inquiring minds wanna know! ;)

Yes, our artist ARE the coolest! Can't wait to see those guys again!

People usually ask about the voice work I do or what it's like working at Skywalker. But mostly, people just wanna stop by and say "Hi." I think my favorite thing that happened was when Brian (in Boxboro, Mass.), an 11 year-old boy, stopped by and recited all of my lines from the movie to me. He then proceeded to recite many of Grievous' lines to Matt Wood. His memory was amazing! We must've talked with him about movies and Star Wars and Pixar and whatever else for about an hour and a half. He was one of the coolest kids I've ever met. I'll never forget that.

PS - bonniegrl: sure would be cool if there was a GH-7avatar.... (hint, hint)
