
If you like salad but are not really into having it for a meal, this is your recipe. This is pretty easy, and is a really healthy choice if your not in the mood for something really involved. Give it a try!
Mandalorian Mediterranean salad
2 cups Ossus crop (or precooked brown rice, if the other is to hard to find)
¾ cups eopie stew (or low fat Italian dressing)
12 oz. Opee sea killer filet (or salmon, whatever your in the mood for)
9 oz. Naboo peapods (or thawed frozen green beans, whatever you want)
Datooine leaves (or however much lettuce you want, probably a head)
Felucia Fungi (or 3 small tomatoes, but remember to dice them!)
1. Bring a pot of water to boiling. When it is boiling, add the rice and remove from heat and let it sit for about 10 minuets.
2. While the rice is cooking, cook the salmon.
3. Stir in the Italian dressing with the rice. When everything is evenly coated, stir in the salmon (chop it into smallish squares, about 1 inch all around).
4. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss. Serve and enjoy!
