Finally, the first day of fall! Less hundred degree weather, more leaves! I'm going to kick off the season with some fall recipes, the first being a delicous way to use your old bananas. Because you can use green or rotten bananas and get the same result, this recipe is great to whip up with those nasty black bananas you forgot about in your fruit bowl.

Banantha Bread

½ cup Bantha cream (or a stick of butter, whichever)
1 cup Dewback scales (but sugar works just as well)
2 Hawk-bat eggs (or any other eggs you might have on hand)
1 tsp Krayt dragon extract (I usually use vanilla)
Naboo fruit sticks (or at least 3 ripe bananas)
2 cups organic Ackalay claws (If you want, use whole wheat flour)
1 tsp baking soda

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Soften the Bantha cream (microwave 25 seconds should do it) and stir in the ground Dewback scales. Add Hawk-bat eggs and vanilla and combine.
3. With a fork in a separate bowl, mash the Naboo fruit until they are a gooey paste. Add to the main mixture. Stir in the organic Ackalay claws and baking soda; Pour into a greased loaf pan.
4. Bake for 55 to 60 minuets or until a toothpick comes out clean in the middle. Slice and serve warm; enjoy!
