I was inspired by the latest Star Wars Insider.

Why is it in the time of actual use, the Fett's jetpacks seem to not work. WIth Jango, he is trambled in the Geonosis Arena, rendering his jetpack useless. Eventually losing his head to the greatest swordsman in the galaxt, second to Yoda of coarse.

Then with Boba, he is hit by a oblivious and half-blind Han Solo. Sending him throught the air and eventually into the Sarlaac pit, where he dies or escapes. I'm not sure if Lucas has confirmed his living or dying.

Point is, can the Mandolorains make jetpacks that can withstand minor blows. Jango's armor didn't seem to be too banged-up when he got trambled, and Boba barely got tapped by Han Solo. So why did their jetpacks not work? And why did they both get such bad deaths? And why is it that I can't get a girl? (Disregard that last question).
