Who is familiar with the seven forms of lightsaber combat.

I mean these:
Shii-Cho
Makashi
Soresu
Ataru
Shien
Niman
Juyo/Vapaad

Matt Stover seemed to really like to mention some of these combat forms in the Ep. III novel in the first duel with the Count. When you guys first read it, did you actually know of those forms and what they were used for. For me, I had to go to wikipedia and find out each time one of the forms would come up in the novel.
