 | My Review of the Episode III video game... |
I personally enjoyed the video game very much. There have been many negative reviews that I've read, but I disagree with them. The graphics on this game deserve an A+, being truly remarkable at times, especially on the Trade Federation cruiser with the space battle going on in the background. The Jedi experience also deserves an A+, being more in-depth than any other Star Wars video game. The moves are tremendous, especially the different twirls you can do as Anakin. I saw a documentary before its release on the making of the game, and how they put these moves on it, and the result is amazing.
However, that being said, there are a few bad things about it. 1) It's too short. I beat it in a matter of a few hours. The levels got harder, but with Force Heal anything in that game can be accomplished. 2) I was disappointed by the co-op mode, because you can't even play all the levels in it, and the 5 levels you can play are nothing more than you trying to survive battle droids swarming your way. 3) Leaving out Yoda and Sidious in Duel mode was a mistake I think, for both of them would've made great duelists. That's a very minor point, though.
Another good thing: the Episode III footage rocked, though that won't really matter in 2 days.
Overall: A
This game is a solid A with a few negatives, but overall positive. I would recommend this to any Star Wars videogame fan.
