WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!! What a happy-tastic week! This whole week was just awsesome! What a great way to start the summer:

Band
A few days ago was the first Marching Band practice! We had a kind of picnic thing at the beginning with tasty (but uber-messy) tacos! Yum!! All the freshman were so cute! I wonder if I was that cute at my first practice??? It was kind of embarrassing when we went to do our stretching and warmp-ups only to find out just how out of shape I'd gotten over the winter , but that will soon be corrected! Our show is going to be amazing this year. We're doing Tower of Power, this awsome soul band, and the little we've played sounds amazing! My life is back! Here's to a great Band season!

My Birthday!
Yay! Happy birthday, self! Why, thank you, self, I'm so glad you remembered!
Yes, I addition to the First Band practice, it was my birthday! I've decided that Band practice was my birthday present from life. Thanks, life! My family was really busy on my birthday, so we celebrated it this weekend. So besides Band, I got a gorgeous gift from my best friend Mel who drew me this! It's absolutely gorgeous! Thank You, Mel!!! I also got a new MP3 player, (yay!) a Borders gift card, (gonna buy Dark Nest so I can stop borrowing them from Sars) and lots of money with which I plan to buy, among other things, Mass Effect. Thank you Parents!!!!

End of School
Wow. Is it summer already??? It doesn't feel like it. A few days ago was my last final I had to take. (teehee. The final final.) It was English, and I probably could have done it in my sleep, which was good because I nearly had to, I was so exhausted. This year was definitely the most memorable, interesting, fun, sad, and all around amazing year I've ever had. There were some not-so-good things that happened this year, like a certain tragedy in November, as well as the fact that my grades weren't anywhere near as good this year as they were last year. Not to mention, this being my first time in Band, it was also my first experience with "Band Off-season Separation Anxiety." Gah! The horror! But these were easily offset by the awsomenessof this year; Joining the Marching Band, (w00t!) the whole new school experiance with High School, new friends, a whole new mindset, lots of Star Wars books, and serious drawing ability improvement! This year was great, but I'm definitely ready for summer. Much Sleep!

Prince Caspian
So last weekend I saw Prince Caspian...SEXY!!!!!!!!
Oh my gosh, Ben Barnes is the most gorgeous guy who actually exists that I have ever seen! (*Ferus and Zekk look dejected* Oh, stop, you two. He exists. That means that even if he wasn't famous and several years older than me, I'd still have no chance with him! *Ferus and Zekk look slightly more reassured.*) The other day I downloaded the Prince Caspian Soundtrack, and It wasn't as good as the first movie's, but I have to say, "the Call" by Regina Spektor is like, my favorite song ever! I also LOVE the Switchfoot song "This is Home" Anyways, I read the book before I saw the movie like a good little person, but I wasn't too impressed with it. It was really short and not alot happened. In contrast, the movie kicked shebs!!!!!! w0000000t!!! They only stuck with the book for about the first 1/4 of the movie, but that's OK. And, aside from being the hottest guy on the face of the planet, Ben Barnes did a great job as Caspian. I could go on and on about this movie; I have nothing but good things to say about it, but why should you hear about it from me??? Go see the sexiness of Prince Caspian for yourself!!

A few more obscure happy things in my life, I discovered that I actually don't suck at coloring things in pen. I just put a bunch of portaits in pen up on DA If you want to see them, and they're SO much fun! And they don't look terrible!
Also, thanks to a person on DA who goes by MandoMemory and my good old sister, I have officially become addicted to the webcomic "the Dreamer." The art, (and Alan) are totally gorgeous, and the plot line is fascinating and extremely creative. Check it!
I also figured out that Alan is a perfect (blond) depiction of how I think of...Zekk! (You're all probably getting so tired of Zekk by now.) But seriously, He's perfect! And, the main character, Bea, kind of looks like Jaina. (you all know where this is going, don't you?) I saved a pic of a certain panel and changed the hair and eye color on Alan and the eye and lip color on Bea, and behold! It's Jaina and Zekk! EEP!
Also, Last of the Jedi #10: Reckoning is coming out this month! Now this could either be a very good thing or a very bad thing, depending on the outcome. Ferus lives=good thing, Ferus dies=so does CDS. Let's hope he lives.
Hmmm...anything else? I guess that's it. I love life right now! To sum it all up: The World is just awesome! (This is also a good thing, because this is like, my favorite commercial for anything, EVER, and I found a video of it on the internet! I know, I need a life.)

Oh, and I'm currently reading Force Heretic I in NJO right now. Only a few more to go!!
