Well, I have just seen Revenge of the Sith for my 10 time! (Finally!) And now that I have accomplished that, I have decided to compose a few lists of some of my favorite moments in this amazing film. These wonderful moments may range from lines said to entire scenes to small hand movements. And, now, we begin.

TOP 5 BEST MOMENTS

1. The Duel - Anakin and Obi-Wan
2. The...Other...Duel - Yoda and Sidious
3. The first breath of Darth Vader - the return of our favorite villian
4. The birth of Luke and Leia - the return of our favorite heroes
5. Order 66 - one of the saddest moments for all Star Wars fans

P.S. The other three lightsaber battles and the space battles were close calls but I think they would have to go in the top 10 along with the Death Star and Luke and Leia being brought to Alderaan and Tatooine.


TOP 10 BEST LINES

1. "You were the Chosen One! It was said that you would destroy the Sith, not join them. Bring balance to the Force, not leave it in darkness!" -Obi-Wan Kenobi

2. "In the name of the Galactic Senate of the Republic, you are under arrest, Chancellor." - Mace Windu

3. "...the Republic will be reorganized into the first GALACTIC EMPIRE!"- Palpatine

THOSE LITTLE THINGS - (a few of my favorite little things that make the exprience even more amazing to me. these are random though...and are in no certain order.)

1. When Yoda stabs the Clone through the chest in front of the Jedi Temple.

2. When Grevious picks up the electostaff with his foot during the fight with Obi-Wan.

3. When Obi-Wan kicks Grevious in the leg...in an attempt to hurt him.

4. Yoda and all of his softer moments...rubbing his head, clutching his chest, and droping his walking stick.

5. Obi-Wan's hand when he is preparing for a battle, it looks like he is giving the peace symbol to his attacker.

6. When Obi-Wan messes with his hair as he says "Another happy landing."

7. When Grevious is talking to Lord Sidious, as he says 'Dooku' he shakes his head like a dog.

8. Obi-Wan's "It could just be a wild bantha chase".

9. When Palpatine touches Anakin's forhead on Mustafar after he has been burned...

10. Chewie's yell as he watches Yoda's pod blast off from Kashyyyk.

11. When Yoda knocks out the two gaurds as entering Palpatine's office.

12. When Palpatine says something like "Get!" in a high pitched voice during the fight with Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Dooku.

13. As Artoo attempts to hide the comlink as the two droids look around for the cause.

14. When Yoda cuts off the two Clones' heads and then climbs up on to Chewbacca's shoulders.

15. When Beru and Owen look out at the twin suns on Tatooine with their son, Luke Skywalker. This moment, I think brought us all back to A New Hope, as Luke looks out, wondering what the galaxy has in store for him.


I know that this last list is completely random but these are just moments that I adore. I would love to hear some of your favorite moments in Sith. Also, please let me know if there is a great line that I left out. My mind isn't the greatest... And as always, May the Force be with you.
