What do you think of Valourum's leadership if he would have stayed in office instead of Palpy takin' over? I tend to think that the reason he coulden't handle the Naboo situation is because he was not very courageous in his actions as Chancellor. He thought over his decisions very thoroughly and worried about what the Senate might do if he did a certain political action. I believe he is the only person (besides the Senator group of Padme` Bail Organa and Mon Mothma) in the govenment at that time that wasn't a pawn of Palpy . I will continue this later
