Well, this is my first blog in a while. Not much to say except that I started school on Monday. Once I settle into the flow of the new semester I should be back to my regularly scheduled blogging. I had lots of stuff go on over the summer, so once I got back I just felt like laying low a bit. I didn't really have any ideas to begin with, but some of you may have noticed that I have left few comments here and there,

In Other News...

I am now a proud Browncoat! Over the summer I purchased Firefly, watched it, and got hooked. Almost immediatley after I watched it Serenity premiered on the Cinemax channels. So I watched that too. They have been playing it a lot lately, so I am glad that it is getting some exposure through that outlet. I also let my friend borrow Firefly. Hopefully he will become a Browncoat too.

The first couple weeks of school are kind of slow, and technically my summer vacation isn't over yet. This weekend I will be heading to the Sacramento area with my folks and other family members to go to a Micro-Brewery Festival. (mmmm... beer...) And on Labor Day weekend I will be on a houseboat.

I am also happy to say that the Theater program hasn't been totally cancelled. Our shows will be in the outdoor amphitheater, and I will be in charge of the sound. I am really excited about that because it is what I always wanted to work on. I am actually planning on a career in the Audio/Sound business. Technically I want to do something more in line with the recording aspects of sound, such as studio work and sound design and editing, like our good friend Matthew Wood does, but this is still good experience anyways.
