DJ Mauls Ultimate Star Wars Toy Room Tour Part 38

Hey gang, wanted to say thanks to ALL who hung out with me Friday night on the webcast, that was a LOT of fun and I hope to do it again VERY soon!

Now, on with the tour: Part Four highlights my Clone Army shelf and another that features Anakin's turn to the darkside...

Note: I am trying to keep each video segment to about 5 minutes each, mainly so that they do not take a LONG time for you all to view or for those with slower connections, a long time to LOAD.

So dont think they will take your entire lunch break at work to watch LOL....

date Posted: Jul 23, 2007 1:44 PM Schweeeet!!!! I so can't wait for my daughter to go to college so I can have my upstairs again to display all my goods. The attic is no place for SW goodies.

date Posted: Jul 23, 2007 1:50 PM I love it!!!! THe speeders are the BARC speeders and I am so glad I'm not the only one who forgets what something is called when recording the videos. I have the regular Republic Gunship but always wanted the CLone Wars one. Way too cool! I also dig the geonosian flying and the Clones coming down the ropes! Love it all!

I have to say that it is great to see other fans who have absolutely no problem opening their SW toys. How else can we truly enjoy them?!? I don't always play with mine, but it gives me pleasure just to be able to look at them sitting about the house here and there. Yes, I have a few items still in their packaging, but the vast majority of items are free of plastic and paper.

agreed. Been there, done that, hated it.

I am so glad I'm not the only one who forgets what something is called

its easy enough to draw a blank on some items just in general, let alone when you're shooting a video clip. I was tempted to go back and reshoot things when I made mistakes and in SOME cases I did but for the most part it was just free form off the top of my head so yeah, you will hear me forget things or call something by the wrong name from time to time.

The ship itself has stayed in the same spot since I got it hung and probably will; the clones themselves do get moved around a bit here and there, usually just when I add in new ones.

besides the reasons you mentioned, there are PRACTICAL aspects of opening your toys, the main one being SPACE. I am running out of room with OPENED items, I cant imagine if ALL my toys were still in the packaging!
