I came back to this site today after not visiting it for a few months. So I decided to hit the reset button for this blog. Of course, this means I'll have to introduce myself again, describe a few of my interests, and let you my loyal reader know what to expect in this space.

The first thing to expect is run-on sentences. You probably figured that one out already. I'm an accountant by trade, and let's just say that grammar was really never my strong suit. Normally, a couple of questions arise when I tell people I'm an accountant. So I'll go ahead and answer them now, just to get it out of the way. "No, I can't do your taxes." and "Yes, it really is that boring." If anyone has any additional questions, let me know. Otherwise, this will officially end the accountant talk in this blog. However, I probably will be discussing how much I dislike my job at some point.

Also, while I enjoy Star Wars as much as the next person, I probably will not be blogging about it. Let's face it, there are plenty of blogs devoted to the films, characters, themes, etc. of the Star Wars saga, and I don't think I have to much to add in this area.

This next part is just a list of things that interest me that will most likely be topics of future entries to this blog. I enjoy reading comic books, playing fantasy sports, and playing Magic: The Gathering Online. Every now and again I find fun things to do on the internet that I will post links to. I like to watch Smallville and 24, so you may see something about my favorite TV shows. There might be some commentary on the news, or political dealings of the day. But, really I only talk about those things if I find something that bothers me. Hopefully, most of the entries will just be random thoughts that can generate a fun conversation. Because, is there really a bad time to talk about cheese? Or monkeys?
