I just read a blog with a list of Jedi and whether they were alive or dead as of the Battle of Yavin. I know that Fy-Tor-Ana and Garen Muln survived order 66. I guess no one knows if they made it to the B of Y. Also, the book where Ferus Olin is

There seems to be some confusion about whether or not lightsabers can be used under water. In the novelization of The Phantom Menace, Obi-Wan's lightsaber shorts out when he falls into a puddle, but in the clone wars animated series Kit Fisto fights
