Darth Bane- in my opinion, Darth Bane is one of the most physically dominant as well as genius Sith Lord. He masterminded the rule of two and devoted the Sith legacy to a life of secrecy until the time was right to come to power. Though i have not read the new book about Bane, i plan to as soon as possible. Until then, this is my view of this great Sith Lord.

Darth Plagueis- known as Darth Plagueis the Wise, this Muun Sith was truly a great wielder of Force abilities. Palpatine said in Episode III that his master learned to control life and death using the Force and to influence midichlorians to create life. If this was true, then I salute this influential Sith Lord, but if it is not, then he may not be the Sith Lord that i have wondered about day and night. I cannot wait until the book about him comes out so that i can learn more about this Sith Lord.

Darth Maul- this Sith had it all; evil looks, a deadly weapon, and great Force ability. Though his career as a Sith was short and he didnt even achieve the rank of master, i truly believe that Maul would have become a great Sith Lord as well as an influential part of the Clone Wars. If he and Darth Tyrannus were to work together, i believe they could have been the most powerful Sith of all time. The only thing that Maul didn't possess was independence, he was totally loyal to his master, which in the end, proved fruitless because he was just a pawn of Sidious' master plan. A Sith Lord should be independent and be able to eventually overthrow his Master. Maul's weapon is one of the most fearsome part of his persona. The first seen Double bladed lightsaber, you have to be a very good duelist to best this weapon.

Darth Tyrannus/Count Dooku- a previous Jedi Master, Dooku became instrumental in the Clone Wars by uniting the Separatists and helping ultimately destroy the Republic. A fearsome duelist, who only fought using one hand, Dooku's saber was curved and was an awesome weapon and his mastery of Force powers made this Sith Lord one of the most powerful Sith in the galaxy.

Darth Vader- before his lava injury, Vader could have become the most powerful Sith in history. But, after his injury, he could not harness the most powerful Force techniques such as Force Lightning. Even though he was not as powerful as he could have been, he became the Icon of the Sith. he was the most terrifying of the Sith Lords and was the "fist" of the Empire. His cruelty and ability to choke someone without hesitation made him immortal.

Darth Sidious- my personal favorite Sith, the Sith was also known as Chancellor Palpatine. He was such a powerful Sith Lord, he masked his Dark Side energy from the entire Jedi Order. Sidious was the mastermind of the greatest scheme ever, TOTAL DOMINATION!!! He is the greatest swordsman to ever become a master of either the Jedi or the Sith. In the essential Chronology, it says that Sidious influenced the midichlorians of Shmi Skywalker and knew that Anakin was to be his most powerful Sith and his greatest pawn to destroying the Jedi Order.
