There's something familiar about this place....What? Part 2
This blog was written in it's entirety by JediMasterCheif. I am only taking credit for posting and possibly inspiring portions of this entry. I have to say JediMasterCheif may be on to something here. Enjoy and May the Force Be With Us All!!

To start off, I would like to just say that the original blog written by Cj_Darkjedi was phenomenal. I didn't however catch the blog in time to comment on it. So this blog is a way of sharing my own theory on the subject matter.

Now we've all been wondering, if Luke never met Yoda, what did he find familiar about Dagobah? Luke said "It's like something out of a dream", "There's something familiar about this place", and "Like we're being watched", when he caught Yoda watching them. When he says "like something out of a dream", I simply figured he was referring to seeing Obi Wan right before passing out and Obi Wan telling him to go to Dagobah. The rest of the quotes I will explain in due time.

Quotes from Yoda include "This one a long time have I watched", and "Life creates it, makes it grow. It's energy surrounds us, and binds us. Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter", speaking of the Force.

Now before I lose you here let me connect the dots. Luke has been regarded as one of the greatest Jedi and rightfully so. In the end, Luke was able to tap into the dark side of the force, through anger, to defeat Vader, and turn away from the seduction of the Emperor. Now correct me if I'm wrong but Yoda says twice "For once you start down the dark path, forever will it dominate your destiny".

Now Yoda on the other hand has trained Jedi for 800 years; his reputation precedes him. So my theory is, what if at the birth if the twins, Yoda's force signature spoke to Luke. Maybe not in the literal sense but it could have left an impression. They are "Luminous Beings" and "The Force binds us". Just think about it, When Obi Wan died, Luke was able to hear Obi Wans voice through the force mere seconds after his death. Prior to this, two Jedi Masters by the names of Yoda and Obi Wan Kenobi had to learn and train their ability to commune with Jedi who were one with the force. Before that, Luke was only just taught how to rely on the force to be his eyes.

What do you think? I know I wrote this in the most confusing way possible but things this complicated are not supposed to be easy.
