Obi-Wan Kenobi (to Vader): "Only a Sith deals in Absolutes"

Does anyone else find that statement to completely contradict itself? Apparently Obi-Wan is absolutely delivering an absolute statement to Vader.

Does this mean Obi-Wan is a Sith too?
