So, up until a few days ago ,as some of you already know, I was not a fan of Firefly. I didn't dislike it, I had just never seen it and was trying to fight the ever pressing fandoms of others. And, again as some of you know already, I caved.

Now, to make matter worse, I have gone from caving to being a full on Browncoat (don't know what that means? Watch the show, join the clubs, and you'll know). I am so thoroughly addicted that after watching the whole series straight, I proceeded to go out and buy the movie Serenity. Apparently this whole Firefly thing is like some positive feedback loop because the more I see, the more I want. And I plan to go find the graphic novel that was writen but the director/creator Joss Whedon as soon as possible.

Also, for the past few days I have been scowering the web looking for the prospect of more episodes. Sadly, nothing in the works. But I found out there are A LOT of browncoats out there. Sites and sites devoted to this show and all of them trying to get the show back on the air.

There is one site in particular, Fire Fly Season Two, that is taking a survey to see what it would take. The people incharge of the site are an ambitious independent publishing company highly interested in bringing a second season to the fatefully short lived show.

So... PLEASE TAKE THE SURVEY. I implore you, as one Star Wars fan to another. And trust me, if you haven't seen the show yet, you want to watch it!

And if you think I'm kidding about the amount of brown coats, go here, and see the documentary made about it called "Done the Implossible."

The best thing that could happen... George Lucas could buy it out and force it to be made, knowing how many SW fans love it. That way he wouldn't have to see it as a threat to his own universe (or his upcoming tv shows).
