Star Wars Multimedia: The Video Game
Okay, it isn't a book, but bear with me.

The video game for ROTS is a great "additon to your collection". It features interesting levels and great gameplay. But, as with most video games it has falts both big and small--And to be worth $50 it needs few.
One great thing is that the game features movie clips from the actual movie--makes the wait until November 1st a little less terrible.
The first mission picks up right where the movie starts, with the jedi starfighters crashing in the Invisible Hand's hanger. It starts out easy, and quickly brings you up to speed on the controls and tricks. However in a few minutes the gameplay can get quite difficult--at least on hard. One proceeds to take out Dooku (by stabbing him in the chest?!?) then to move on the bridge where Grievous lies. You defeat his guards, watch him escape, then land the ship on Coruscant. It is now that the game starts to take a direction which I understand, but don't like. Obi-Wan travels to Utapau to find Grievous--however to get to him you have to fight through loads of defensive battle droids and turret. You see, the game deviates from the movie's storyline in order to get more "intense" gameplay. When you finally get the Grievous and chase him, you have to fight him all over the place and finally at his ship, where he pulls out all four lightsabers and you proceed to stab him in the chest. (Sound familar?)
The game then heads back to Coruscant, where Anakin races to save Palpatine from Mace. Anakin raises his lightsaber, then Mace turns to confront him--in the game, Anakin actually duels Mace personally before stabbing him in the chest and throwing him out of the windu...sorry window. Then in the game Anakin heads to the Jedi Temple where you kill Jedi Padawans as well as Cin Drallig. After that, Order 66 is executed (no pun intended) and Obi-Wan has to seemingly destroy the entire clone army before he can escape. Then Anakin on Mustafar needs to take out the Seperatist Council, but this time he is detected before he can get to them and has to fight his way there. Then there is the Obi-Wan vs. Anakin duel, concluding the game.

In my humble opinion, the game has great gameplay when you are locked in duels with characters. The moves are pretty cool, as well as the combanations that can be found. My major problem is that the game does not always follow the movie's storyline. Whether this would bother you is your choice.

Quickly, the multiplayer is fun, but limited, with a duel mode (fun) and a cooperative mode (this allows you to participate in endurance missions that are fun, but a tad short).

The ROTS game is fun, but limited and while the gameplay is fun, the story sometime isn't.
