I gonna share my feeling on the PT in the starwars saga. Im mostly an OT fan but i do like PT to. So let me start with episod 1. I and 2 friends went to the cinema to see this movie that we all have waited for so very long. We maded sure to get the best place in the cinema. It was an amazing movie. The podrace was the best part and the duel at the end. After the movie i and my friends went to a restaurang to eat. We all liked the movie but in same time eigher i or my friends feeled the familiar starwars feeling as we had hoped to feel. There was something in the movie that wasent there. The end of the movie was what we all went most disapointed with. Like ok the bad boy died and now what? Obiwan take Anakin as his padawan learner. Ok that is what the audience will wait for to next episod? There was no cliffhanger what so ever as the OT episodes had. In ep4 Vader spinn out in space and maded all to wonder what happend to him. In ep5 solo be frozen and create a huge cliffhanger. But in ep1 zero nada. That was a disapointment in my opinion. Then we come to episod 2 that actually is my favorite episod in PT. I and the same friends went to cinema to see this episod. This episod have so much great action and it finnaly started to feel as starwars in some ways. But sadly the yoda fight at the end take down the final scoore kinda much. It just feeled very very childish and total unreal in every way to see that fight. Until then ep2 was amazing. The end in ep2 was however little better then ep1. But it could have been alot better. Then we come to ep3 the episod we all have waited for ages to see. I and the same friends went again to the cinema with huge expectations. The battle in begining was amazing and R2d2 maded us all to laugh alot. The mess with the turbolift was very funny. The duel with dooku was the best duel in the movie in my opinion. But it feeled as we have been there before. Palpatine in same kind of chair as in ep6 and the whole room screamed ep6 kinda much. But i loved whole the open action until they land on curuscant. Then the movie kinda drop in speed little to much in my opinion. Both i and my friends started to wonder when anakin was gonna turn. I think it took over half the movie until he finally do that. Then the jedipurge started and i serious dont know if i should laugh or cry over that. This is where ep3 fails. Lucas waited far to long to let Anakin turn to make vader any justice. The whole purge went over with in very very few shots and just a few shots even showed anything of what vader really did. The movie just feeled as an hurry to get in everything so fast as possible in order to give the duel more time. The duel on mustafar was very very good. Very fast and actionfilled duel. I was suprised we actually was allowed to see when Anakin burned. I know this sounds abit harch but that is what saved this movie alot from to be to childish. Ep3 was a kinda tragig episod. Not even close so dark as ESB but it was tragig. Ep3 was a great movie overall and i enjoy watching it. My conclusion is PT = more childish and actionoriented. OT = More mature and emotional. This is just my opinion. I like both PT and OT but OT little more
