Yesterday my mom was sitting on the couch watching CSI Miami and at a commercial she was flipping channels and she came to Spike. I looked up, saw a Star Destroyer and heard the music and said, "Oh cool The Empire Strikes Back is on! Do you think its crazy that I know that from just 1 second of seeing it?" And my mom looks at me, nods and says, "How did you know which one it is?" And I said, "well I saw the star destroyer and heard the music and that told me which one it was." Well thats just the way we Star Wars fans are.

And of course my dad and I are the Star Wars nerds of the house, my mom and sister don't really care. So my mom can't even name the six Star Wars movies. So when I gave her a pop quiz by asking "Between which movies do the Clone Wars take place?" She said "I don't know". She's seen the movies but thats about it. People clueless about Star Wars drive me crazy!

Then I was watching the videos on the star wars site and I saw the new commercials on Spike for Star Wars. If you haven't seen them, you have to, they are great.
