The Quest to 100 update, and a secondary Clone War review.
Today I had to go to the Mall to buy clothes for school. (Which starts monday :_| ) Anywho while I was there of course I just had to go to the Barnes and Noble. And of course, I ended up walking away with three new books. Also, while I was there I ordered another one that they didn't currently have.

So heres what I bought:
X-Wing #5 Wraith Squadron
X-Wing #6 Iron Fist
The Truce at Bakura

And I ordered X-Wing #7 Solo Command

I bought the X-Wing books because, as most of you know, I've just finished #4. I got The Truce at Bakura because part of it had been at the end of one of my other books, and when I read it I liked it. Also it takes place the day after Return of the Jedi ends. So I'm looking forward to those. I am halfway through Coruscant Nights 1: Jedi Twilight and intend to finish it by the end of tomorrow. It MUST be done before school starts, it will be my tenth book of the summer! B-)

The totals so far are...

Now for my second review of The Clone Wars. Which I saw again today.

Books Read: 84
Books Owned: 93

The first time I saw it, I thought it was pretty good. But I had been tired, it was 1 in the morning. This time when I saw it....well....It Was Even BETTER!! I loved it more the second time. In my first review I had said, "The droids were stupider in this than they were in RotS. You could tell it was trying too hard to be funny and it didn't work." Not the case this time, I loved 'em! They were hilarious! I just must have been not in the mood for that kind of stuff but I loved it this time. Also Ziro was very repulsive the first time, this time, not so much. Still repulsive but not nearly as much as the first time.

Well I hope you all loved the movie (and this blog). Till next time.

I figure that at 1 in the morning nobody is in the mood for stupid comedy. But I'm glad that you enjoyed their dialouge this time. If you ask me, they are what held the movie together during the times when action was slow.

Yeah, every time we go anywhere I have to head over to Barnes and Noble or Borders, even if I can just look at the SW books. But I always end up with at least three in hand anyway. :D

Truce at Bakura was excellent, while Jedi Twilight was okay. I confess, I haven't read X-Wing. Looks like you like it, so I'll probably start on that!

Which starts monday

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! Mine doesn't start until week after next, but stil!!!! :_|

Nice work!! I have 73 SW books... you've made quite a dent, my friend! You'll love Truce at Bakura... it was a great novel. And I'm planning on reading the X-Wing series, after I finish all the books that I haven't read yet (which unfortunately may be a while). It's good to know that you enjoy them.

And I didn't mind the droids at all. I found the ROTS droids infinitely more buggering than those in the Clone Wars... they added a lot to the film, I thought.

school starts ... Ya... we've known its been coming (16 days for me). To be honest, though, I nerdily want to go back!! B-)
