Republic Commando: Hard Contact
Believe it or not (I don't believe it), Hard Contact came out 4 years ago today! The book that changed my perspective on clones, and I'm sure changed many of yours too. The book that changed the view of clones....and Mandos. This book also started the Great Blogger War of Jedi vs. Mandos. (Just like old times, eh?)

Personally, I loved the book. Many of the people who are now anti-Mando because of the Jedi bashing liked this book because the slams weren't coming too hard. A few hits here and there, nothing big. Little did we know that a year and four months later, Triple Zero would come out and spark the controversial attitude toward the Jedi. Now, I am not slamming the other books at all. Here's a list of questions and answers concerning the Republic Commando books:

Did I like the rest of the series? Yes
Did I agree with the Mando view of the Jedi? No
Am I okay with seeing other people's view of the Jedi? Yes
Will I buy the "Imperial Commando" books? Yes. (Probably on the first day)
Are Mandos still flippin awesome? Yes!
Are the clones evil for being Mando? No!
Do the clones rock? Yeah they do!
Do Jedi still rock? Not as much as Sith. ;) (UNLIMITED POWER! ]:))

I just thought I'd state my view on the whole thing. I'd love to hear what all you guys are thinking. No long rants or anything, (you know who you are ;)) just your opinions on this matter.

My 50th blog is coming up! You can all expect something great (unless it turns out like a load of osik) Hopefully I won't disappoint.

The next big anniversary is the 3rd Anniversary of Star Wars Battlefront II on November 1st. There will probably be a blog dedicated to it. So there's that to look forward to!

Till next time,
May the Force be with you all!
