This is going to be a series of blogs that I have intended to start for a while now. For each blog I will choose something in the Star Wars Universe, whether it be a species, planet, or character, and I will state the reasons why I love that thing. There is always a reason to like something. Sure, there may be a lot of reasons to not like something, but almost everything has a likable quality somewhere.

Now depending on how much you guys like these and/or want to see more I will keep going. A lot of my topics will be of my own choice, but I DO want some suggestions from you all! I may take a random suggestion from the comments, so post your suggestions!

So for this first blog in the series we're going to go with Jawas. Why Jawas? Well why not? And its the first thing that came to mind.

Those little guys are awesome. "Utinni!" was a popular quote for me and my friends for years, and we still scream it sometimes. Without Jawas, where would 3PO and R2 be? You could say that Jawas are the heroes of the galaxy... from a certain point of view. Plus, in games like Star Wars Battlefront and The Force Unleashed, they make for great target practice for a beginner. In Battlefront, they don't fight back, plus they fix gun turrets! And in the Force Unleashed, you can kick them! Also, when you have short friends, you can call them Jawas (or Ewoks ). Glowing eyes? How cool is that? May not be ideal for hide and seek in the dark, but other than that. You would never need a flashlight for the dark, your eyes could provide the light! And... well... that's all I can think of for Jawas at the moment.
