Obi-Wan: The Greatest Jedi Ever
Last night, I saw an amazing video on youtube involving Obi-Wan that kind of helps define his character. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ztrxYSMpJHw

If you think about it, Obi-Wan went through a lot of trauma and life changing experiences throughout his life. I mean, he lost his master at a young age, he witnessed the deaths of hundreds of Jedi that he knew, he lost his best friend to the dark side, he was forced to cut down Vader and he ended up living a hermit's life for around 20 years.

Yet he survived numerous battles, killed Darth Maul, an Acklay and General Grievous. He also defeated a young sith named Vader. His only nemisis seemed to be Count Dooku. I believe that Obi-Wan would not have made the same mistake that Mace did in trying to kill Palpatine.

With all those triumphs and sufferings, he has earned a lot of respect from me.

Obi-Wan: The Greatest Jedi Ever

Agreed:x

And might I add that Ewan McGregor made the PT for me. LOL - interesting how that video slipped in a couple of small clips from other Ewan flicks.. or was that the Obi Wan we never got to see? :p

Good entry. Obi-Wan really did prove his worthiness and ability as a Jedi. He was commited to the Order, and to the Light side of the Force. He may have made his own mistakes along the way but he rose above it all in the end to stand as one of the greatest Jedi's the galaxy had known.

Totally. But he kept on fighting, no matter what.

With all those triumphs and sufferings, he has earned a lot of respect from me.
Me too!

Great video, by the way!
