Bounty Hunters have come a long way since Episode IV when they were portrayed as mindless rabble that sold their services to the highest bidder.
Now we know that each one has a back-story.
Take Greedo for example. He was more of a kid that went the wrong way early in life. Same thing with Boba. He was a "normal" kid that loved his dad and liked books and starfighters. Because of the death of his dad at the hands of the Jedi, he grew up hating Jedi.
Jango has a very interesting story in that his parents were killed when he was a boy and his teacher was killed by the Death Watch. Yet he rose above that and in many cases he showed kindness -- like in the bounty hunter video game.
Even Dengar, a cruel merciless assassin was given back his emotions by Manaroo, who he later married.
In my opinion, bounty hunters can have honor and glory if they choose right over wrong.
