Anakin had a problem with trust. It's not that he didn't want to trust, He just couldn't . Somewhere deep inside of him he wanted to tell things to Padme and Obi-wan, that he just couldn't.
Why?
Because You can't trust anyone eles till you trust your self
Anakin didn't trust himself, so how would you expect him to trust anyone eles? After his mothers death
His inability to save her, he lost part of his confidnce, his trust in himself. he didn't think he was strong enought, or good enough.Though it seemd to heal over time, the wound never reaslly did.Another thing was tht he had not reached the status of Master, even though it wasn't expected for his age.
Anakin had very high expectations for himself, which is normaly a good thing ( makes you try harder to reach your goals) but sometimes if you set your goals to high you set your self up for disapointment. An example would me be saying i'm going to try to run a five minute mile by spring when really my mile time is 7:20. it's something you can reach if you try Very hard but not right away.
Reaching goals takes time. It takes people time to realize your skills to. you can'tjust join a team middle season and expect to start in your first game. I don't think Anakin realized this. But anyways lets get back to trust.
So why could he tell things to Palps. when he couldn't tell them to Padme or Obi-wan?
Palps. made him feel impowerd and stronger, opposed to Padme and Obi-wan who sometimes made him feel inferior. When you feel like you don't have power or feel inferior , secrets make you feel stronger, like you have something that the other person doesn't . You have something above him. This gives you confidence. Anakin could tell things to Palps. beacuse
he gave him the feel of power To not feel so vunerable so he would tell him things, because he didn't need them to feel stronger anymore.
think that's enough for now,
Master Tachi
