Eh, I'll make you wait a little bit longer ...

Actually, I didn't spend as much time researching the rules as I wanted to, especially now that I have the rules for both games. However, from what I have seen I made my choice for game system we should play...



So without further ado ... (drum roll please) ... much to my delight ... The GM has decided that we'll be using the Savage Worlds game system.



(...and there was much rejoicing....)

But it wasn't based just on a cold, calculated balance of rules. I really gotta say that the one I chose just feels better. Not to mention simpler. Not to mention that "simpler" means "we'll be playing faster." Not to mention that it makes everyone pretty much equal in the rules department.

And especially not to mention that I believe it'll give me greater opportunity to madsexyflex my leet galaxy-mastering skillz ...

So hopefully it'll be much more funner.

So everybody do what you can to "lay hands on" the rules. We'll get this baby off the ground. Even though "What a piece of junk!!!" may be entirely too accurate a description ...
