A few isolated, outspoken naysayers said that it couldn't be done. Many, many more said that it just shouldn't be done, almost invariably for the sake of the children. You may be asking me, "Why a star?" This is pointless, as I am not even in the same country as you, and therefore cannot possibly hear your plea for enlightenment. However, since I have utilised my strange and alarming powers of foresight to anticipate this query, I might as well tell you the reason: ...OK, there isn't a reason. It could be because a star is a bit seasonal without being explicitly religious in nature. Equally, it could be from a black flag an' a risin' Sun loomin' over Los Angeles - FIGHT THA POWAH!!!1!1! You decide.

Well, this is all in aid of jp77's Balanced Force Week. I still have no idea what it is, but it all sounded terribly exciting, which is why I suppressed my natural avolition to make this mosaic for you, at the cost of terrible psychological damage to myself.
