My daughter was sitting in my lap in my Star Wars room. She started asking me who different action figures were. I showed her young Anakin then showed her EpIII Anakin and told her he would turn into Darth Vader. Her response was
"He's sad."
"He's sad caus e Dart Bader"
"He's sad." "He's kying"
Don't ya just love kids.
I'm not sure if she saw the scar on the figure or if she remembered him crying in the movie on Mustafar. Either way I just had to hug her.
Going on to other things she has done related to G'pa Don passing. For one the night that he had said they were waiting for him and he went in the coma I heard her talking in or sleep or to someone. She has yet to say she wants to see him which was normally an everyday occurance.
On my other blog related to this I told how my wife had seen a wispy cloud that dissappeared as she walked in his house. She and I thought it was her Grandmother (deseased for 2 yrs). Well my wife and daughter were over there (alone) the weekend before he passed and my daughter pointed to the same area near the door and asked "who's that?" My wife said who's what?" Abby repeated her question and my wife asked "I don't know. Is it a boy or girl?" Abby responded "girl". My wife pointed to a picture of her grandmother holding my one month old (at the time) daughter. "Does she look like that?" "Uh huh." So my wife told her who she was.
A couple of days after his passing my mother, who was visiting; and I both heard her response to a conversation we were having that G'pa Don had gone bye bye. (I told her that the night before) "he's not sick anymore. He go by bye with her" We quized Abby on who "her" was but no answer.
Sorry hope I didn't creep anyone out too much. All true though.
He was cremated as he wanted. His ashes will be spread in the same spot as her grandmother so they can be together. My wifes Aunts and father have made a mess of things and my wife is getting frustrated with them.
MTFBWY!
