Collection Blog Part 6
This edition will feature Luke, Leia, Padme, & Shmi. If you missed my last one featuring the Jedi then please follow this link for treasures and memories to share.

First we have Shmi Skywalker. It is my only collectable of the mother of the "Chosen One".

Next let's look at Padme Amidala / Skywalker. Really let's look at her. I can do that for hours. ;) Shown here is the beautiful 12" doll I actually got on clearance for seven bucks a couple of years after The Phatom Menace was released. Plus the various Padme action figures I have gotten.
Here is another closer view of the figures. I did forget to include the preggers padme when taking the photo. I don't have all the figures offered of her. Some I missed out on and some I just didn't get. The sculptors seem to have a hard time with getting Padme or Leia to not look mannish. Included is my Queen Amidala Hallmark ornament, three versions of Episode 1 Padme figures, Clone Wars snow bunny Padme figure, and AOTC black dress Padme.

Now we can go to the children of Padme & Anakin, Luke & Leia Skywalker. First we have the infant separation of the twins figures.
Next we have my collection of A New Hope Luke Figures which include my Vintage Luke.
This is my Trilogy Collection Luke with the cloth tunic. It was not easy for me to get this one which is why I didn't take it from the package yet.
Here is my Bespin Luke which includes a more recent purchase of a vintage figure plus my original which no longer has a head. A sad sorted tale.
I love this version of Luke that has the removable magnetic hand.
These are my Hoth Luke's. My vintage figure plus the newer version that connects with the set of wamps and Ice Cave Column.
Here are the ROTJ Luke figures. This includes my vintage figure and a cool downward slashing action berserker rage Luke & the Hallmark Death Star Duel Luke.
This figure is a great one I found online that is a hologram version of Luke from Jabbas Palace.
These are my Luke pilot figures.
Here we have a new Endor Luke as well as the award ceremony Luke.
Here is my Luke & Mara Jade Skywalker comic pack.
Look at my last blog and you can see my Dagobah Luke's.

The McQuarrie Concept figures of the Male & Female Starkiller Heros are very cool.

With that bridge we go to Leia. Starting with my 12" Figures. My sisters (now mine) vintage 12" Leia as well as the FAO Shwartz & regular Slave Leia's.
My ANH Leia's which include two vintage 3 3/4" figures, the ROTS issue Early Bird Leia and a redo of the same figure, along with some various others.
These are my Bespin Gown Leia's.
My slave Leia figure and Hallmark ornament.
Here are my other Leia figures. Shown are my vintage Hoth & Endor Leia's. A new Endor Leia and two versions of Ewok dress Leia.
My Leia in Bousch Disguise. My vintage and two newer versions.

Now let's look at transportation for Luke.

His Landspeeder. A vintage (not in good shape) as well as the newer one with figure & rifle.
Here is Lukes vintage Snowspeeder. I played with this one quite a bit in the day.
My vintage X-wings.
My newer scaled X-wing which was another sale item I got a good deal on. Also shown is the Burger King toy & a smaller version a friend gave me. It fell off the shelf and part of the guns broke off.
Here is a yet another model which I will eventually get to.

I haven't decided what will be next. I still have much to go before I am done. So come see me here in my next installment.

the funnest part of seeing someone elses collection is going "oh I have that...have that....DONT have that...ooooh, WANT that....." etc. LOL.

is it WRONG for a grown man to see a 12" Slave Leia doll and go "ooooh i NEED that...?"

Yowza! That was a lot of linkage! (I checked out your other entries, too.) Really, an awesome collection! I like the vintage and modern side-by-side photos, you can really see how far toys have evolved over the years... although I think I really like the vintage stuff the best... :D

Cool stuff, and kudos for doing all of those links! :O
