The recent Battlefront 3 blogs have inspired me to right this blog about my hopes for the future of Star Wars gaming.

First I'm hoping Lucasarts puts there support behind the Xbox 360 rather then the PS3. Though the PS3 may have slightly prettier graphics the pricing is far to expensive. Even with the price drop the better version of the console is going for $600 (and I thought the 360 was expensive), plus the Xbox 360 has Xbox Live which is an extremely developed online community with millions of members. Many of the games on 360 could be developed on PC.

I'm also hoping that games will be made for the Wii as well as the 360, I mean imagine a lightsaber dueling game with the Wii controller This is the perfect console for all the Star Wars games that don't fit well on the 360.

Games I'm hoping for are:

- Next installment in the Jedi Knight series. (PC, 360)
- KotOR 3 (PC, 360) Meatbag!
- Lightsaber dueling game (Wii)
- A new version of the Bounty Hunter game (360, Wii)
