Warning: Some Spoilers included


I just finished up Bloodlines after a couple days of reading. It was a great book I loved that Boba Fett was brought back (one of my all time favorites.) But I also have a major complaint (or rather: thought), a complaint about the actions of Jacen Solo in the book.

I know the Dark Side can twist people and radically change their actions and personality, but I think some of the actions Jacen took in Bloodlines were not what is character would have done. I don't believe that Jacen was drawn so far into the dark side as to kill a pisoner and not feel even the slightest amount of sorrow. It seems that one day Jacen would have been like this, but after more dwelling into the Dark Side. It seems as if that the grip of the Dark Side has accelerated in it's taking of Jacen. This also dissapointed me for I hoped that Jacen would be able to use the Dark Side, one day, without becoming evil. Is this option eliminated.

BTW: Don't get me wrong Bloodlines was an awesome book and I loved reading it.
