In Betrayal by Aaron Allston, There is a small despuite between the Skywalker family and the Solo family. Han is upset that his daughter is seeing Zekk, a Jedi and also upset after Jacen and Ben talk about there last mission and how it should have been done by GA officials, not jedi. I was thinking during reading this dispute of Han's hatred, at the moment, with jedi. I understand that his son, Anakin, was killed during the Yuuzhan Vong war, and Han may have a grudge on jedi, or specifically Luke for this reason. Though is there an alternative motive such as Han's fear of Jedi control in the government. (I am sorry if this is a simple question the book probably explains it later on.)
