I'm the first poster!! YAY!!! Woo Hoo!!!
Maybe I shouldn't be too excited since it's my blog after all.
If you're reading this, thanks for taking the time to click into my blog. I don't know exactly what I'm going to write about yet, but over the next few weeks I'm going to try to share what it was like writing The New Essential Guide to Alien Species and what it's like being a first time author. Hopefully someone other than I will find things interesting. If someone does stumble upon this and wants me to talk about something in particular, I'll respond the best I can to posts in the comments section.

i find it kind of funny that an author also has to go through the growing pains of deciding what the heck to BLOG about...  ...but hey, we all have to start somewhere!

Well, Dancing Feet, I'm just a normal kind of person. It's a "I don't know why anyone would want to read my ramblings" kind of thing. I also get writer's block when it's 3 AM, I've been writing for hours and I still have to come up with 100 more words on Utapauns.

For the record, this is all Dark Spork's fault. My writing a blog here was all her idea. She's a Sith and I can attest to that. Personally. I ran from Popeye's Chicken to Popeye's Chicken in August the night before my 6 AM flight to GenCon looking for black sporks just for her.
