General Grievious calls Kenobi "the Negotiator". He negotiates with Han Solo 19 years later.

Where did Ben learn"a certain point of view"?:
A) Ep. I, Obi-Wan-"The boy's dangerous." Qui-Gon Jinn-"from your point of view."
or

B)Ep. III Anakin-"from my point of view, the jedi are evil."

or both?

date Posted: Nov 02, 2005 8:10 AM It's almost an insulting name when you consider that the Jedi Council asked Obi-Wan to 'negotiate' an arrangement with Anakin to spy on the Chancellor for them. I can only imagine what else Obi-wan was asked to 'negotiate' outside of planetary truces.

date Posted: Nov 02, 2005 10:14 AM I can't remember where, but I read an Episode III book in which Anakin says, "They call you the 'Negotiator' because you can't fight!" This was obviously during the Mustafar duel.

date Posted: Nov 02, 2005 11:01 AM he was called the negotiator because he took a less violent approach to every thing, anakin also had a nickname to do with his greatness in battle but i forget what it was.

date Posted: Feb 02, 2006 5:51 PM It doesn't fit! I dunno why but Anakin is my least favorite Jedi. Anyway obviously you've read Episode III, so you know his fear is what turned him over to the dark side. I shouldn't have to get into that! Unless that face implies that you're being sarcastic... Ahh, the complications of the internet.
