I really have enjoyed reading the Republic series of comics. It gave me another storyline to follow before Ep. III. Even in ROTS, Obi-Wan mentions Vos on Salecamii (pardon me I dont know the exact spelling).

The majority of this comic series follows Quinlan Vos, a renegade Jedi who has gone deep undercover into Count Dooku's partnership and is flirting with the path of the dark side. While the entire Republic cannot decide Quinlan's fate, Aayla Secura, his former padawan, wonders herself what has happened to Quin. An added bonus, some of the series features Assaj Ventress, Durge, and General Grievous himself.

Again this is a great comic series and i advise everyone to pick up a few comics of the series. The series also features exiting outer rim siege battles and has ties to the novel Labriynth of Evil and Revenge of the Sith.
