Han Solo - Scoundrel

Han Solo - Scoundrel...Powerful in the force? Force sensitive?

Hmmm....just thinking. The force binds the galaxy together and seems to have a mind of its own bringing people and situations together for reasons unknown, but to fulfill definite purposes.

So, Han Solo - scoundrel, brave, fighter, captain, friend, pilot, husband, father, etc. etc. Does he have the force? He's definitely in the right place at the right time. Even though he probably would argue he's in the wrong place at the right time!

Look at some facts for my ideas... The way he was raised before meeting Chewie and being in the Navy, gave him his ideals that turned him into the good man he is. Han was there to save many wookies, including Chewie. How fast did he really go to do the Kessel Run? No one else could do it! His piloting skills are fabulous! Yes, Anakin and Luke are probably better pilots, but do other pilots compare to Han? To his daredevil style (think of Anakin)! His characteristic luck: able to fly through an asteroid field, the skill of using his blaster, and his fly by the seat answers. Think about how well he was able to fly the Falcon at the battle of Yavin to save the Rebellion and Luke, so that Luke could blow up the DeathStar!

I believe Han has the force and that it is stronger in him than most usual individuals. It's not developed and I don't believe he'd want it developed. However, I think it would explain how the force brought him, Luke and Leia together, how Han and Leia's children are so powerful (two parents with the force!), how he can always do the impossible and escape despite the odds over and over again!

I like to think that he does have the force, as undeveloped as it is, and that it guides him like it does the rest of universe. If the force could have been built on and developed in him, imagine the Jedi team of Luke, Leia and Han!! Oh, the possibilities!
