I suppose this could have been under Prequel, but I'll probably keep book comments in Expanded Universe.
If anyone out there has not read the novelization for Revenge of the Sith, I highly recommend that you do. It is very well written and is every bit as exciting as the movie.
It also has the added advantage of going into the heads of the characters in such a way that you completely understand their motivations. I read the book before I saw the movie for the second time and it was like seeing ROTS with new eyes. And of course, you get the plotlines that were dropped for the film. That is always an added bonus! The author, Matthew Stover, also did an interesting thing in that he focuses in on certain characters and does a really interesting "profile" on them. I've never seen that done before, and it gives you an innovative and fresh look at characters you thought you knew completely. Really nice job!
