Biography: Born on Ossus around 7,000 BBY. Discovered by the Jedi at age two and trained to be a Jedi Knight. many years later, he takes an apprentice named Voryyn Leskasy, due to the death of his master. One day, Poltin stumbles across an ancient holocron that contains the location of a midi-chlorian extract. After finding that a Dark Jedi is in search of it also, they race to find it on Rakata Prime. Poltin duels with the Dark Jedi, and kills him. He later destroys the midi-chlorians and the holocron, fearful that an enemy might find them. Poltin always aspired to be in the Council of First Knowledge, and at age 29, is chosen for such an honor.
