As things stand right now, the book is published but I do not yet have my author copies, so like anyone else I haven't seen it yet in book form! But soon, within a week I think, I will receive them. It is only being sold on the publisher's site right now, and even they recommend that authors don't advertise or post the links to their site where the book is for sale because it's not ideal.

The book could take up to six weeks to be on Amazon.com, but I find that unlikely. Last time they only took about 2-3 weeks, so I would expect that in two weeks I'll have my author copies and the site will be operational. The Website actually will be fully functional with content in just a few days, but I have to add content to it before posting the link. Once I receive the author copies I will be sending out review copies and selling the initial batch of books to friends and family, as far as my author copies are concerned.

By sometime in August, anyway, the book will be for sale on Barnes and Noble's site, Amazon.com, BooksAMillion.com, and basically any other online store where books are sold. Additionally, sometime in August the book will be for sale locally in a Barnes & Noble in Los Angeles or around the L.A. area (could be Burbank, I have not yet heard).
