Greetings, fellow citizens of Earth. I am the Chief Commander of Informational Services of the Chiss Empire. I was appointed as representative by his Royal Majesty Emperor Thrawn to Earth. My main objective is to share the good news that is the Chiss Empire. A joint effort between Chiss and Human created by Emperor Thrawn. The goals is to present who the Chiss Empire is. Our values and our plans for the future of the Galaxy as well as others. Finally, our goals are to gain recruitment for the Empire. This will serve as the main recruitment center for those that are loyal to Emperor Thrawn and the Empire. The golden age of the Empire is finally at hand. Come to learn and come to join, The Great Chiss Empire. All hail Emperor Thrawn.
