Tales of the Chu'unthor
Well it has been a year now since Ryan Brooks and myself opened up Fandom Comics at http://www.fandom.swnsu.com. In that time our site has generated over 60 gigs of traffic, and served nearly 40,000 unique visitors, generating well over two million hits. It was a very productive inagrual year for us, and we are happy to have support from the rest of the fan community. We have managed to bring you 12 pages (plus the cover) of our first Fan Comic, Cracken's Crew: The Inivisble War as well as six short stories and two D20 RPG fan Supplements related to Cracken's Crew. We also started and posted five chapters of our Clone Wars D20 Fan Sourcebook, some chapters of which have been downloaded nearly 5,000 times! We have been lucky enough to attract the attention of and get promoted by Theforce.net, lightsabre.co.uk and of course swrpgnetwork.com. It is in large part due to them we have had the response from the fans that we have. Thank you guys.

However, just because we have had a great year doesn't mean we aim to rest on our laurels. We will continue our monthly chapters of the Clone Wars D20 Fan Sourcebook. Over the next year we hope to finish all the NPCs and move into statting some of the gear. We also will continue to give you pages of Cracken's Crew: The Invisible War. Of course, what might be the most exciting project we have going on at the site right this moment is our new Fan Comic, Tales of the Chu'unthor.

Tales of the Chu'unthor is a new four-issue fan comic we are doing on the site. The story focuses on Master Fin-So Rowan (familiar if you have Power of the Jedi Sourcebook) and his Padawan Xato as they and the large crew of Jedi take the Chu'unthor out of the shipyards and on its first journey. This story takes place four-hundred years before The Phanom Menace, which is a time when Yoda is...well...young! We have a Yoda half the age we are used to seeing him in this comic, and he looks great.

Tales of the Chu'unthor is drawn by TJ Colligan, lettered by Ryan Brooks, and written by me, Keith Kappel.

You can find the comic at http://www.fandom.swnsu.com
