mmm, so watched the new video a few times throughout the week:
Clone Wars - movie followed by series - that's interesting; a nice idea to launch off the series.
I wonder then, if you don't happen to see the movie, how lost will you be at the start of the series? Not that I'm not planning on seeing it, but just to wonder, how much of it is going to be 'necessary' .... if that makes sense.
I'm most excited to see more of Grevious, Asajj Ventress and - as if it needed to be said, the even more dived into relationship between Obi-Wan and Anakin. What they do with this will definitely have my attention.
I wonder, how many people will end up going back and watching Episode III at least (although I would add in Episode II) and re-thinking, or having any changed feeling or understanding for and in the scene where Obi-wan sees Anakin for the last time.
For me I don't think i'd have much of a difference in feeling, as for me I already understand it, as I can pick it up from little things that were within the movies themselves - but i suppose it will make it easier to explain and show to other people - gives even more material for the background of it all doesn't (or rather, won't) it?
About the new apprentice - I'm already irritated by that character. Props for making it a girl and all - why would i have a problem with that? she just seams like she'll be
immensely annoying.
It's too bad Hayden couldn't come and provide the voice for Anakin. I'd be nice for Temura for voices for the clones again too. I love that dude's voice, what can I say?
and - ha I guess this makes me somewhat of a 'bad fan' but, I don't even remember how much time is in-between episode II and III....
did have to chuckle at the comment in regards to "finding out about 'conflicts' and 'heroes' and villains "
in that one tiny space" -
obviously there are conflicts and heroes and villians.
I know the point that's trying to get across, but it was amusing anyway.
Ah and the one thing that make its all complete - the music. is there more John Williams? there had better be! What's star wars without John Williams?
