Thank you to ~Annakin24601~ for inspiring me to write this article. This is a reflection of the things in this world that make me happy.

Conventions make me deliriously happy. It makes me intoxicited with happiness.

Movies make me happy in a way that I can't describe in words. It makes me happy in a way that I can only describe in smells and sounds and tastes.

Classic rock, music written by John Wiliams, music played on a cello, and the soundtrack of the movie-musical 1776 played loud enough to crack a rear view mirror makes me happy, Something about it reminds me of my childhood, of chicken wings and of road-trips. Bruce Sprengston, CCR, the Big Chill soundtrack, Three Dog Night, the Born on the Fourth of July Soundtrack, Journey, Neil Diamond, Phil Collins, Hootie and the Blowfish, and Les Miserables all especially remind me of my early years.

Food makes me happy. And knowing that the food I'm eating was made by me makes me even more happy.

The thought that I have friends in this big, big world makes me happy. No matter how many friends move, or how many times I move, it still makes me happy that I have friends.

Remembering my childhood makes me happy. Remembering all those mornings I would go downstairs in my PJs and watching Alvin and the Chipmunks and I Love Lucy, and eating cherry popsicles each afternoon while my sister and I watched Gulligan's Isle, and remembering that every Saturday afternoon I would go swimming and then come home and watch a Star Wars movie (most of the time it was ROTJ), and remembering that my sister's favorite song used to be Passionate Kisses makes me happy.

There are many more things that make me happy but I think I've already spilt enough of my soul to the world today. So good day and good luck.
