From Tatoonine to Naboo..................



Friday July 10, 2009. I got up at 5:30am - - ick - - I'm on vacation.
I've been very, very, very, lazy. I'm usually not going to bed until 3am
I had go catch a plane. I arrived at the airport and checked in my suitcase.
Then I was off to wait for the plane to board so we could leave.
Unfortunetly I had to change planes along the way. Plus I had no time for a really breakfast.

The second plane ride was an experience. The first plane arrived just in the nick of time. I had to rush from one terminal to another to catch my final flight. Running thru the airport was bad, you see when I arrived at Naboo, left my stomach on the plane.
Then I found Galactic Babe outside in her car waiting for me!!!!
Off to her house!!! She's a great lady!!! We ate Pizza for dinner and watched a little TV. Then it was off to bed.

Saturday we spent the day watching Star Wars. All 6 movies in one day!!
Whew!! What a task. Toward the end of ROTS, when Padme takes off for Mustafar, I made the comment how dumb that was. She had just spent time trying, unsucessfully btw, to convince Obi-Wan she DID NOT know where Anakin was. Then she goes straight to him. Silly Woman

We would not have our beloved saga if things had been different.

Sunday we drove to a place called Holy City. It's amazing!!
They put on the Passion Play at Easter time.

When we got home we watched The Clone Wars Movie and Robot Chicken Star Wars.

Monday, I think we just kinda vegetated. Tuesday she had to work. YUCK!

Wednesday, yesterday, I came home. The return trip went much smother.
Upon arriving in Dallas to change planes, I had an 1hr 30min to kill.
I ate some lunch and read a new star wars book I got from GB. She's got a lot of them. She was kind enough to give me one a late birthday present.
She also has a lot of stuff from 77 when ANH came out. I'll let her share all that stuff.

I had an awesome time!! I hope she did also!!
Someday she needs to come out here.
