The force was with me

1st off I'm perfectly alright..............
Ever feel like you've been in a fight with Grevious?

I went to the movie yesterday to see GI Joe. I enjoyed it!!

As I was leaving I took a rather nastey fall. I landed on my left leg and arm.
I went for X-rays and NOTHING is broken. I'm just bruised. I went to the Dr. and when he touched my leg, well R2 speak when he was told to stay with the ship in ROTS by Obi-Wan and Anakin.

Needless to say It was a long day yesterday. Doc said it will take 10 days for the burised muscles to heal. I did manage to go to work today and drive my route. Good think I have my leg wrapped in an ace bandage.
It HURT by the time I got off the bus. Anyway, lots of advil and lifting the leg up for a while and I'm better.

Gave Galactic Babe quite a scare when she got my text message.
I'm sure she just knew something was broken. It was good to have her
on the other end of the phone.

I've got four days to rest. School officially starts Monday.

I'm glad you're okay!!

And that's good it should heal fairly fast.

And I'm kind of reluctant to see GI Joe... I just keep telling myself, "it's based on an action figure!!"

I think if I set that aside, though, I would enjoy the movie.

School officially starts Monday.

That's pretty quick! I don't start school all the way until the 8th of September....

date Posted: Aug 12, 2009 8:17 PM Thanks Kyle!! I hear you on GI Joe. I used to play with the action figures. Although, it is a decient movie. 8th of September...... Lucky you. I'll bet you go into June don't you? Honestly I think school shouldn't start until after Labor day everywhere
